1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Husstl.io’s services. By subscribing, you ("Client") agree to comply with these Terms. Husstl.io is a brand fully owned by Atomik Collective L.L.C-FZ, License Number 2418862.01, located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definitions

"Platform": The Husstl.io online portal and services.

"Client": Any individual or entity using Husstl.io services.

"Task": A service request submitted via the Platform.

"Subscription": The plan selected and paid for by the Client.

3. Subscription & Billing

Clients subscribe to a monthly plan, billed at a fixed rate of $995.

Payment is required before service activation.

All payments are processed through Stripe, we never credit card details on our side.

Clients can cancel subscriptions at any time. Fees are non-refundable except under the money-back guarantee.

Husstl.io reserves the exclusive right to revise and change subscription prices at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance of their next billing cycle.

4. Scope of Services

Husstl.io offers a comprehensive range of tech and design solutions designed to meet diverse business needs. Services include, but are not limited to:

Web Development: From simple landing pages to fully dynamic websites and online stores.

Mobile App Development: Custom builds and website-to-app conversions, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.

Ad Design: Conversion-optimized ad banners for multiple platforms and formats.

CRM Deployment: Specialized end-to-end setup using platforms like GoHighLevel to streamline customer management.

AI Solutions: Custom AI chatbots, video demos with AI avatars, and automated social media engagement.

Data Scraping: Lead generation and custom data extraction tailored to business goals.

Creative Design: Full brand identity, logos, and visual assets with unlimited revisions and copyright ownership.

Husstl.io combines these services with continuous delivery, fixed pricing, and efficient project management to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for clients.

5. Unlimited Requests

Clients can submit unlimited service requests, processed one at a time. Each new request is added to a queue.

6. Single Active Task

Only one task is actively worked on at a time. Once completed, the next task from the queue begins.

7. Revisions

Husstl.io offers unlimited revisions on deliverables until the Client is fully satisfied. Revisions are processed as part of the original task.

8. Platform Use

Clients receive access to a dedicated client portal to submit tasks and communicate with the team. Confidentiality of login credentials is the Client’s responsibility.

9. Communication & Collaboration

All communication occurs asynchronously through the client portal, enabling 24/7 collaboration.

10. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon completion, Clients own the final deliverables, except for pre-existing third-party elements integrated under license. Husstl.io retains rights to proprietary technology.

11. Intellectual Property

Husstl.io maintains intellectual property rights over its platform, software, and processes.

Unauthorized use of Husstl.io’s IP is prohibited.

12. Confidentiality

Both Husstl.io and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during the service engagement.

13. Privacy Policy

Husstl.io respects privacy laws. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, and compliance with local data protection regulations is the Client's responsibility.

14. Refund Policy

A 14-day money-back guarantee is offered for new subscribers. Refunds are processed only within this period.

15. Modifications to Services

Husstl.io may update or modify services to enhance functionality. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

16. Suspension & Termination

Husstl.io may suspend or terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these Terms. All accrued fees must still be paid.

17. Limitation of Liability

Husstl.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. Clients use the platform at their own risk.

18. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Husstl.io harmless against claims, damages, or expenses from service misuse or violation of third-party rights.

19. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE laws. Any disputes will be resolved in Dubai’s competent courts.

20. General Terms

Pause or Cancellation: Clients can pause their subscription, with the service put on hold until resumed.

Cancellation can occur at any time.

Handling Larger Requests: For larger projects (e.g., full websites, mobile apps), tasks are broken into manageable parts, with incremental deliverables every 2-3 business days. This approach ensures timely, consistent progress tailored to the Client’s needs.

Governing Law: These Terms are subject to the laws of the UAE.
